Jose Alancherry

Jose Alancherry is an ETF specialist responsible for ETF distribution in Western Canada. He works closely with the Wholesaling and National Accounts teams across Canada with a focus on differentiating TD ETF offerings and driving market share growth.

He has extensive investment industry experience across a variety of roles both in Canada and abroad. Prior to his current role, he represented TDAM’s Public Equities team and covered global and North American equity strategies.

Jose holds a BBA from Wichita State University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Naoum Tabet is a fixed income investment director at Capital Group. He has 22 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for one year.

Reid Baker is the founder of ForAll Investment Research and creator of the ForAll Indices. With 15 years in the financial services industry, he has led teams building data-driven tools to evaluate investment funds on performance, risk, and ESG.

He spent a decade as Chair of the Canadian Investment Funds Standards Committee, guiding fund categorization and launching its Responsible Investment framework.

Reid has been a trusted voice on industry panels, in media interviews, and on BNN.

He holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science and Finance from the University of Alberta, along with the CERA and ASA designations, and completed the Sustainable Investing Program at Queen’s University.

John began his career at Microsoft, where he managed a $1B P&L within Office 365 and contributed strategically to the company’s acquisition of LinkedIn.

After relocating to San Francisco, he joined a video conferencing startup that was later acquired by Dialpad. He later invested in enterprise SaaS and AI/ML at a $5B AUM venture capital fund before becoming the first business hire at an AI-driven compliance startup.

He helped scale the company from pre-revenue to $36M in funding within three years.

John graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with studies in Finance and Management Information Systems and had early-career touchpoints across wealth management at Merrill Lynch and equity trading at Jefferies in New York.


Colin Green

Colin Green is an experienced investment sales professional with a strong background in intermediary distribution and advisor engagement across Canada.

In his role at BMO Global Asset Management, Colin supports advisors through relationship management, timely insights, and value-added investment solutions.

Prior to joining BMO Global Asset Management, Colin spent over a decade at CI Investments in progressively senior sales and marketing roles.

Colin earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the UBC Sauder School of Business and holds the Chartered Investment Manager designation.


John Hinze

Director, Corporate Finance – British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC)

The Corporate Finance division protects investors, by reviewing required offering and public issuer disclosures so investors have access to the information needed to make informed investment decisions. Corporate Finance also facilitates capital raising by collaborating with Canada's other securities regulators to set requirements that balance investor protection with cost-effective access to capital. Team functions include: reviewing offering documents, financial statements, management discussion and analysis (MD&A), mineral technical, and other issuer disclosure; monitoring insider reports; participating in rule and policy development; considering exemptive relief; responding to legal and regulatory issues arising in takeover bids; monitoring the development of accounting and auditing standards; reviewing serious cases of misleading disclosure and when warranted taking compliance and enforcement action.
